I sent photo of the fault and asked them what to do about it. I heard nothing for a week. Sent a reminder, another week goes by - no reply. I get the impression that customer service is a phrase this company doesn't care about. Just pay them the money and after that you are on your own Avoid using them, there are many other online retailers of the products they carry, this outfit is appalling.
